This 68 piece wooden puzzle has no picture - the pieces themselves are the puzzle. An added twist: there are only four different colors of pieces, and no two adjacent pieces are the same color (mathematically speaking, it illustrates the Four Color Map Theorem (see for details)).
Note the picture on the box does NOT show the pieces assembled!
This abstract puzzle style is inspired by a design and cut-style of master-handcutter John Stokes III. The pieces were designed by Seattle artist Tara Flannery.
This puzzle is much more challenging than you'd expect for its piece count, but still a small puzzle, it will take 60-120 minutes for the average puzzling adult. but faster or slower puzzlers may fall outside that range.
Like all our puzzles, made of 1/4" wood and laser-cut in the USA. Packaged in a small box with a magnetic clasp.
